We have a 14-day Exchange and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards, items can only be exchanged.

The fastest way to initiate an Exchange or a refund is to log into https://account.sfnks.com with the email used to place the order and request a Return. Please Write in the Note section whether you request an exchange or a refund.

In case of Exchange, Please send us an email on customer-communication@sfnks.com including images of the product in its original condition. once the request is approved, our shipping representative will deliver the new item and collect the returned one at a cost equals to the original shipping fee In Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. The exchange fee for all other cities is double the original shipping fee

In case of refund, send us an email on customer-communication@sfnks.com including images of the product in its original condition. If approved, we will send our shipping representative to collect the product at a cost equals to the original shipping fee unless the product falls in the damaged or defected category.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and defective products
Please inspect your order upon reception and log into log into https://account.sfnks.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, in order for us to evaluate the issue and provide a solution in a timely manner.
